Rachel Brandenburg

A Washington, DC native, Rachel Brandenburg is pursuing a Masters of Science in Foreign Service degree at the Georgetown University School for Foreign Service, concentrating in foreign policy and international security. Rachel holds a BA from Tufts University, where she studiedInternational Relations with a focus on conflict-resolution, and Middle Eastern studies. She has written and edited for publications on a freelance basis, andhas worked with NGOs and think-tanks in Brussels, Washington DC, and Israel. Rachel has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, and spent 2006-2007 living, working, and studying in Israel as a Fulbright Scholar. She speaks Hebrew and French, and is studying Arabic.
