Nathaniel L. Foote is a Washington, DC native and recent graduate of James Madison University. While at JMU he focused his studies on comparative politics, diplomacy, and Latin American studies, earning his BA in International Affairs with a concentration in international politics. In 2007 Nathaniel spent time studying Spanish and Latin American affairs at the University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain. Nathaniel was also recognized by the faculty at James Madison, being appointed to the Political Science department’s student advisory council. He speaks Spanish and English.
