John Bavoso is a graduate student focusing on issues related to human rights, gender and sexual equality, and sub-Saharan Africa. He is currently working on further exploring both the Washington, DC-area and the field of international journalism alike. He was born and raised in New York and is a recent graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
